1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using any services at Wave Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book our services.

2. Appointment Booking and Confirmation

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in-person.
  • Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from Wave Studio.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellation Requirements:

  • • 24-hour notice required for all cancellations
  • • 48-hour notice required for bridal services
  • • Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% service fee
  • • No-shows will be charged the full service amount

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service completion.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
  • Gratuities are appreciated but not required.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Health and Safety

Client Responsibilities:

  • • Disclose all allergies and medical conditions
  • • Inform us of any medications that may affect treatments
  • • Report any skin sensitivities or reactions
  • • Arrive with clean hair unless otherwise instructed

Our Commitment:

  • • Maintain highest hygiene standards
  • • Use only professional-grade products
  • • Sterilize all tools between clients
  • • Follow all health regulations

6. Service Expectations and Results

While we strive to achieve your desired results, please understand that:

  • Hair texture, condition, and previous treatments may affect final results.
  • Color results may vary based on natural hair color and porosity.
  • Multiple sessions may be required for dramatic color changes.
  • We will provide honest consultation about achievable results.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service:

  • • Contact us within 7 days of your appointment
  • • We will work with you to address any concerns
  • • Corrective services may be provided at no additional charge
  • • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis

8. Liability and Insurance

Wave Studio carries professional liability insurance. However, clients acknowledge that:

  • • All services carry inherent risks
  • • Clients participate at their own risk
  • • Wave Studio's liability is limited to the cost of services rendered
  • • Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions

9. Photography and Social Media

By booking our services, you consent to:

  • • Photography of your hair/beauty transformation
  • • Use of photos for marketing and social media purposes
  • • Publication on our website and promotional materials

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us at the time of booking.

10. Changes to Terms

Wave Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
